Equal Opportunity Pledge

  The Fund will not discriminate against apprenticeship applicants or apprentices based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex (including pregnancy and gender identity), sexual orientation, genetic information, marital status, arrest or conviction record, membership in the armed forces, or because they are an individual with a disability or a person aged 40 years old or older, or on any other basis protected by applicable law.

  The Fund will take affirmative action to provide equal opportunity in apprenticeship and operate the apprenticeship program as required under 29 CFR part 30 and the equal employment opportunity rules of the state of Wisconsin.

Statement of 501(c)(3) Nondiscriminatory Policy

  The Fund admits apprentices of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to apprentices in the Fund's apprenticeship programs. It does not discriminate based on race, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, and other Fund-administered programs.
